Reopened: De Kersentuin opens its culinary doors!

Fancy a Gamba Special next to a crispy fireplace this fall? De Kersentuin reopened its doors on the 10th of September. For more than 35 years this iconic place has been an all time favorite of food lovers in Amsterdam Zuid.

In the kitchen today you will meet Stefan van Sprang and Wessel Ruijmgaart who were responsible for earning the double Michelin star during their time at restaurant ‘Aan de Poel’. So these chefs know how to make you a proper dinner. The dishes are pure and creative but still authentic. On the menu you’ll find courses like Pata Negra, entrecote, Parmesan rolls, lobster tartar and the modern version of a ‘frikandel special’ is the delicious Gamba special dish.

The atmosphere is all about a warm and authentic environment, perfect for both dinner dates and business meetings. Roy Kirby, a big name from London, has redesigned the interior. De Kersentuin is also the perfect location for business purposes such as seminars; the renewed meeting rooms will become available soon as well!
